We are currently looking for a Recruiter to join our team.
This role is client-facing and does not include sourcing responsibilities. It is a team-based position where the recruiter works in close partnership with a dedicated sourcer. The recruiter acts as the recruitment process owner — leading candidate interviews and managing client communication — while the sourcer focuses on the talent search.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle (excluding sourcing) — from screening and interviewing to evaluating and presenting candidates.
Act as the main point of contact for clients: consult on hiring strategies, manage expectations, and provide market insights.
Collaborate closely with dedicated sourcers to align on hiring needs, target profiles, and search priorities.
Lead interviews and assess both technical expertise and cultural fit in partnership with hiring managers.
Support the offer stage, including negotiations and objection handling.
Drive employer branding initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
What we expect from you:
Proven experience working in a recruitment agency environment.
Basic understanding of IT roles with motivation to grow expertise in Middle/Senior/Lead/Architect positions.
Confidence in communication and readiness to work with clients under guidance.
Ability to consult clients and navigate ambiguity with a solutions-driven mindset.
Good organizational skills and ability to manage time in a remote environment.
Experience working in cross-functional teams with sourcers and hiring managers.
English level B2 or higher.
Familiarity with recruitment tools (ATS, CRM, LinkedIn, etc.).
