About the Client

Role Overview
As a Talent Sourcer, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing high-potential candidates across fintech domains. You’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring teams to build strategic talent pipelines and ensure efficient coverage of active and future vacancies.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates for technical, commercial, and product roles in fintech and crypto sectors
- Use tools like LinkedIn, Telegram, GitHub, Boolean/X-Ray, and niche job boards
- Craft outreach messages and sequences that generate responses from passive candidates
- Maintain structured records of candidate pipelines in ATS (Notion or equivalent)
- Conduct initial pre-screenings and schedule interviews
- Collaborate closely with recruiters to refine sourcing strategy and ICPs
- Stay updated on trends in fintech hiring, compensation, and candidate behavior
Requirements
- 2+ years of sourcing or recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong sourcing toolkit (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, CRM/ATS)
- Familiarity with fintech, Web3, or crypto hiring landscape
- Excellent written communication in English
- Self-motivated, process-oriented, and detail-focused
