What you will do
Administer and optimize our CRM system (HubSpot), answer all related questions regarding features and all connected servicesSupport data flows across platforms and monitor data sync (HubSpot ↔ SumGate ↔ BigQuery)Conduct thorough data validation, identifying anomalies in sync tasksIntegrate external data sources using REST APIs, addressing typical error handlingDesign, build, and test complex automations/integrations using REST APIs and complex SQLSet up and manage user permissions and security settings in internal toolsTroubleshoot platform issues and respond to tickets (via Jira)Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, diagrams, and process flows according to defined standards.Participate in internal projects and stakeholder communication across departmentsWhat you bring
Advanced knowledge of SQLHands-on experience with RegEx, JSON, REST API Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2) - both oral and writtenAt least 2+ years of relevant experience in Revenue Operations, CRM administration, Business process automation, or Systems IntegrationExperience designing or updating processes, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing automation initiativesGeneral knowledge of main project management tools, methodologiesCritical thinking and systematic approach with the focus on high-quality standardsNice to have
