WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON Managing a team of reconciliation specialists: setting priorities, coordinating daily work, mentoring, and supporting their growth Leading the reconciliation process across all payment flows: acquiring, payouts, P2P, refunds, chargebacks Overseeing and executing daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of transactions with large volumes Matching data between internal systems and statements from multiple banks and payment providers Identifying, analyzing, and resolving discrepancies, including complex and time-sensitive cases Collaborating closely with accounting, risk, and support teams to resolve reconciliation issues Preparing financial reports and dashboards based on reconciliation results Driving automation and process improvements in collaboration with product and engineering teams Developing documentation and internal controls to improve transparency and audit readiness WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE At least 3+ years of experience in payment systems, fintech, or banking with a strong focus on reconciliation At least 1+ year of experience in a Lead role or in a position with clear ownership over reconciliation processes Strong understanding of card payments transaction processing principles Hands-on experience reconciling data across multiple payment providers, banks, and internal systems Knowledge of payment infrastructure and cash flow principles Experience with reconciliation automation (scripts, tools, dashboards) Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) Ability to work with large volumes of data, identify errors, and analyze discrepancies Excellent leadership, team-formation, and communication skills Fluent Russian and confident English level WHAT WE OFFER An opportunity to make something great even greater, you can be the reason why we grow, develop, and become the best fintech company on the market!
