- 2+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst in software companies

- Upper-intermediate or Advanced English, strong communication skills

- Strong analytical skills

- Experience in collection and elaboration of requirements

- Experience in creating business requirements, specifications, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria in a clear and concise form

- Experience in writing technical documentation, creation of system diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes

- Basic knowledge of software architecture and microservices

- Understanding of IP protocol stack, REST API design, integration protocols and data formats

- Understanding of web and mobile application development processes

- Self-motivated, well-organized and have strong innovation and facilitation skills

- Experience in development payment platforms

- Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, UX/UI, customer support, marketing

- Pre-sale experience

- Product owner experience

- Create and maintain clear and concise business requirements, specifications, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Ajax Services

- Support the creation of technical documentation, system diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accurate interpretation and implementation of business requirements.

- Participate in the development and enhancement of Ajax Services

- Continuously improve processes and propose innovative solutions to business challenges.

- Performing analysis and specification for integration with 3rd party systems

- Check that new requests don’t break anything in the existing product and compliant with the main product goals

- Aid in testing of a product
