Production Analyst
What this position is about – Purpose:
In this position you will be responsible for data processing and statistical interpretation of results, to improve the performance of our production processes.
What will you do – Responsibilities:
Analyzing, processing and statistically interpreting data related to the performance of production processes; Identifying opportunities and supporting business decisions and continuous process improvement; Monitoring, analyzing the status of projects and tasks connected with all the production departments; Providing reports and informing the Production department management about daily, weekly and monthly results of the assigned operational flow optimization projects and process performance; Searching for innovative solutions in data collection, tracking and performance evaluation; Applying new methods for monitoring and evaluating performance; Communicating efficiently with involved stakeholders.Support IWS (Integrated Management System) methodology
Who are we looking for – Requirements:
Education: University degree, preferably in Engineering or Industrial Engineering (final year students are welcome to apply);
Work experience: experience in a production environment represents a plus.
Language: English knowledge – at least intermediate level (speaking, writing);
Other skills and knowledge:
Confident user of MS Office, advanced Excel knowledge is a must; Knowledge of Power BI, SAP, SQL and other tools is considered an advantage; Basic understanding and interest in current trends and practices in production; Very good ability in working with numbers and databases; High attention to detail and willingness to learn new processes; Very good communication skills & customer orientation.All applications will be reviewed.
