Reduced-Riks Product (RRP) Brand Operations Project Specialist

WHAT IS THIS ROLE ABOUT?

The incumbent will support the RRP Brand Manager in the development, performance tracking and operationalization of the RRP brand in the market, by ensuring execution excellence of the agreed strategies and programs in place in line with the commercial engine framework whilst supporting the coordination and cross-functional collaboration on the programs orchestration such as: 
(1) Consumer Journey Planning on quarterly basis
(2) Performance and KPIs tracking across workstreams/functions on monthly basis
(3) Activity reviews to assess and adjust activities/programs in place.

The incumbent will support in translating, activating, and adjusting brand plans within the planned period, based on a strong and holistic understanding of the brand, cross-category, consumer, and touchpoints/channels to help drive the RRP brand's competitive advantage and strengthen its position in the market. 

The incumbent will support to ensure flawless execution of brand plans across various marketing levers available (product/innovation, communication, promotions, price, etc.) 

The incumbent will also support the RRP Brand Manager in the brand's strategic planning process.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Support strategic management of the brand for identified focus area/channel/segment by identifying key issues & opportunities, support performance analysis, and the development of growth strategies using various marketing levers (communications, promotions, portfolio, pricing, etc.). 
This includes consumer insight generation and ensuring these are clearly translated to compelling plans and initiatives to deliver on set KPIs. Together with RRP Brand Manager, support on overall strategic planning process for the brandSupport the localization and execution of brand strategies into consumer-relevant and impactful initiatives that can be implemented flawlessly across areas and/or touchpoints consistently, in collaboration with CX and MarComm & PR. This includes ensuring adherence to brand positioning, equity, and guidelines across all executions, while also addressing identified growth opportunities based on a strong understanding of the different territories/regions, consumer, and channel dynamicsSupport to ensure quality and timely end-to-end implementation of brand projects by driving stakeholder collaboration, proper project management, and an agile approach to solving challenges. This includes collaboration with CX and MarComm & PR on creative development and content creation across omnichannel consumer touchpoints via KVs, playbooks, toolkits, for a fully-integrated launch support plan and setting clear KPIs to then track across the consumer journey orchestrationThe incumbent is responsible for improving and managing processes that support all key operating channels. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams—including RRP, Field Marketing, Sales, IT, Finance, and others—to streamline workflows, enhance partner experiences, and support to drive the overall efficiency of channel strategies. Key responsibilities include overseeing execution. These tasks are essential and support in tracking and managing KPIs and ensuring timely actions are taken to achieve set performance targets.Support brand operations through responsible resource management, planning, and KPI monitoring, through a carefully planned Consumer Journey Orchestration meeting cadences that ensures: 
(1) Visibility on initiatives and programs to ensure they are in line with Commercial Engine framework
(2) Drives accountability within each members of the Consumer Journey workstreams to deliver on agreed KPIs
(3) Support cadence meetings and ensures they deliver on objectives

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or any business-related coursesMinimum of 2 years proven experience acquired in JTI and/or in previous company (preferrable in RRP / FMCG / electronics industries) in Marketing. Experienced in new product introduction, digital marketing, insighting, project management, and brand positioning/communications development. Adept at data analysis and creative problem-solving.Have strong communication skills combined with solid interpersonal skills allowing you to collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders.Are passionate about understanding consumer motivations and building brandsHave experience in managing and developing a team. Willing to empower team members to take initiative and to be proactive in seeking solutionsHave excellent project management skills, able to handle multiple and complex projects.Result-oriented and can balance short-term deliverables with long-term strategyAble to make sense out of diverse perspectives and driven to find practical solutions to move things forward
