Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the FMCG sector or a similar role in an IT consulting or system integration companySolid understanding of SDLCExperience in implementing management systems in complex business environmentsProficiency in creating comprehensive technical documentation (BPMN, UML, etc.)Strong analytical and systematic thinking skillsWillingness and ability to learn quickly and dive deep into detailsUpper-Intermediate+ English level to maintain business communication with clientsNice to have:
Understanding of Trade Promotion Management (TPM/TPO) processes in FMCG companiesFamiliarity with Sales Force Automation (SFA), Distribution Management Systems (DMS)Knowledge of retail distribution structures and marketing operationsExperience with data visualization tools and dashboard creationRESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze and document business processes related to promotion managementGather and formalize requirements for promotion planning and optimization functionalityDevelop detailed technical documentation to support software development and system enhancementsLiaise with clients to refine requirements and adapt solutions to specific business needsCollaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirementsConduct presentations and demonstrations of software functionalities to clientsParticipate in integrating PromoTool with other ecosystem components (SFA, B2B eCommerce, IR systems)
