About the Role:
As the Business Development Manager for AUE & GCC countries, your primary purpose is to develop and drive implementation of business development plans to attract the next generation of CPAs and achieving sustainable membership growth in designated markets – UAE and GCC countries. This includes creating and executing growth strategies, building strong partnerships with regulatory bodies, employers, and training partners in these markets. Your will also identify and develop committed, capable, and scalable Channel Partners with specific business expertise to develop new markets/segments in generating new business in existing accounts and across new accounts in the region.
Your key activities will include:
Developing relationships with senior decision makers and senior stakeholders (eg: Heads of School/Academics, Chief Financial Officers, and Finance Directors) to obtain access to customers through a business-to-business (B2B) process·Understand market needs and build strong relationships with tertiary providers and employers across all industry sectors to deliver on the strategy
·Implement new member recruitment activities in line with the Strategic Plan to achieve challenging growth targets and annual Key Performance Indicators
·Identifying and closing negotiations with potential clients to gain revenue opportunities
·Support the team to identify key decision makers, understand their needs and build valued & sustainable relationships for our business development targets
·Maintain the integrity of organization information including key stakeholders and contact details and history
·Develop and implement account plans for top-tier employers and provide individual reports as requested
·Design and deliver a series of Career Development / Employability workshops that will present a value proposition to prospective students, universities, and employers
·Travel will be required at regular intervals across the UAE and GCC, and from time-to-time internationally

3-5 Years’ experience in Business Development / Sales roles Proficiency in communicating - Read, Write, Speak - in Arabic and English is essential Knowledge of Middle East market & international trends Experience in developing and executing business plans to establish a presence in selected markets Superior negotiating and influencing skills in a professional services or equivalent environment Skilled at participating in change processes and identifying process improvements Proven to be diligent, persistent and resilient in pipeline building Excellent presentation skills Proficiency with Microsoft office and CRM systems Accountancy, recruitment or learning & development background preferred but not essential Bachelor degree or equivalent is a mustWhy we love working here:
