For our client, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer to join a multinational and distributed team working on various projects across different domains. Requirements: 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer in IT Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (both written and verbal) Strong knowledge of BA tasks and techniques (BABOK v3) Understanding of SDLC and software development methodologies Proficiency in process modeling and modeling notations (BPMN, UML) Good knowledge of UI/UX design principles Experience with wireframing tools (Figma, Axure, Balsamiq, etc.) Basic knowledge of client-server architecture, network protocols, API, and mobile platforms Experience working with distributed and multinational teams Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Technical/software development background Experience in various business domains Experience in pre-sales activities as a BA or Sales Manager Writing requirements specifications using Confluence / JIRA Understanding of requirements engineering standards Main Duties: Product Vision: Identify and define business needs and goals to convert challenges into valuable solutions. Requirements Gathering: Collect functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders for solution design. Documentation: Prepare requirement specifications using Plain Text, Use Case Scenarios, and User Stories for Fixed Scope or Agile projects. Modeling: Create UML / BPMN and other diagrams to visually support requirements specifications. UI/UX Collaboration: Work with UI/UX experts to conduct UX analysis and build wireframes. Bridging Business and Development: Ensure clear and effective communication between stakeholders and the development team. Process Leadership: Support project/product managers in delivering high-quality services. Additional Information: Location: Remote from Ukraine , willingness to relocate to Budapest is a plus.
