Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Specialist
The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team supports multiple JTI markets by handling various management reporting tasks. This includes preparing and submitting accruals, adjustments, and reclassifications, as well as generating monthly reports to analyze financial performance, expenses, profitability, and other key metrics. The team also assists in annual planning cycles, maintains financial master data, and supports ad hoc projects as needed.
Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Reporting – Provide financial support, prepare reports, and handle transactional processes like accruals and reclassifications.Process Documentation & Stabilization – Maintain FP&A documentation, prepare journal entries, support planning cycles, and assist with ad hoc tasks.Continuous Improvement – Enhance SAP and business processes, support testing, and propose operational improvements.Projects & Automation – Contribute to global and local projects, focusing on system enhancements and standardization.Collaboration & Support – Build strong relationships with teams, support training, and assist in cross-functional activities.Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.Experience: At least 2 years of FP&A experience, preferably in an FMCG or multinational company;and shared services experience is an advantage.Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel – intermediate level); knowledge of financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and SAP is a plus.Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; diligent, organized, and able to work independently or in a team.Work Approach: Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven; able to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Are you ready to join us?
