Finance Specialist
What this position is about - Purpose:
Supporting the Financial Planning Manager in the planning and reporting process, with a particular focus on the market income statement and cash flow statement. Providing financial information (reports, budgets, presentations, financial plans) in an accurate, timely and comprehensive manner while meeting internal and corporate deadlines
What will you do - Responsibilities:
Support Manager in the process of preparing monthly, annual and long-term financial plans in the format of P&L and MFCF for all planning cycles and reporting processesCoordinate month-end activities for P&L and provide input for monthly acctuals and other financial deliverables as neededUpdate P&L and MFCF models with actual dataManage various tasks and ad hoc analyses/reports as they arise and upon manager's request - scenarios modelling, product/category portfolio analysis and business casesPrepare monthly reporting anf insightful variance analysis to the Management and Finance Team and identify key trends and areas for improvement (KPI analysis, with a primary focus on profitability)Ensure the collection of business KPI and ensure their proper translation into financial information during the financial cycleAnalysis of profitability by channels and activity aimed at improving the profitability of JTI per 1000 sticks equivalent compared to PYWho are we looking for - Requirements:
University degree (preferred: Economy, Mathematics, Finance)Professional financial qualifications ACCA would be a significant plusAt least 2-year experience in the accounting, controlling, finance or reporting managementVery good written and verbal communication skills in English (min. B2 level) and intermediate knowledge of the Polish language (A2-B1)Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office functionality (Excel and Power Point), ERP Systems (SAP, GPM preferred)Very good communication skills including ability to efficiently lead business meetings and callsAbility to role as a business partner in operationsAdaptability, patience, systematicAnalytical mind and openness to new ways of workingYou are a detail-oriented, organized and self-directed team playerWhat to Expect:
