• Our client is looking for a Creative Strategist (a Project Manager) with online advertising experience.
• Our client is looking for someone who has experience designing ads, understands advertising principles, and is able to come up with innovative new angles and strategies. You will coordinate a creative team (including a Graphic Designer, a Video Editor, a Copywriter, and Creators), and manage client expectations and communication. In a nutshell, you will be in charge of understanding the client's needs, coming up with brand-new angles, and designing high-performing ads along with your team so that clients achieve maximum ROI.

Requirements

• You're a team player
• Fluent English (C1 - written and verbal)
• 2+ years experience as a Creative Strategist in Online Advertising (preferably TikTok, Meta).
• Can also have experience as a media buyer, copywriter, or Meta Ads and/or TikTok Ads designer.
• 2+ years experience coordinating a team (preferably a creative team).
• 2+ years of B2B communication experience.
• You're open-minded and willing to learn.

• You are a fast learner, exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent interpersonal skills.

Commitment Required

• Full/part-time.
• Starting with 30 hours per week, slowly increasing the workload to full-time 40 hours per week after the assessment period).
