The role ensures consistent execution of service processes, strong sales performance, dealer capability development, and an excellent customer experience through a “One Face to the Client” approach. The position serves as a key link between customers, dealers, service teams, production, distribution, and internal business stakeholders.
Service & Hygiene Sales Leadership
Lead and coordinate Service & Hygiene sales activities across the country within the Farm Technology Division.Drive strategic initiatives to accelerate service growth and expand market presence.Allocate resources effectively to maximize commercial impact and operational efficiency.Define, monitor, and optimize sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the service organization.Service Operations & Business Growth
Ensure alignment and performance across all service locations through coordinated execution and standardized processes.Drive growth of the Service business, including service contracts, upgrades, spare parts, and hygiene solutions.Establish and govern service targets, processes, standards, workflows, and tools across the organization.Support the development and execution of the long-term Service Strategy.Market Intelligence & Operational Excellence
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.Promote best practices in service delivery, cross-selling, and customer support.Drive the implementation of state-of-the-art service processes, methods, and digital tools to enhance efficiency and customer value.Customer & Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, supporting key account management when required.Act as the primary interface between customers, logistics, and distribution for service-related orders.Provide both technical and commercial customer support to ensure high service standards.Foster a strong “One Face to the Customer” culture across the organization.Dealer Network Development
Develop and execute the Service & Hygiene dealer network strategy.Identify, onboard, and manage new dealer partners to expand regional coverage.Monitor dealer performance and support capability development to ensure consistent service quality.Commercial & Project Management
Implement pricing policies and manage project-specific commercial conditions.Oversee end-to-end project management for service-related initiatives.Manage claim processes and ensure timely and effective resolution.Support regulatory registration and compliance processes for biocidal products.Marketing & Sales Enablement
Initiate and execute marketing activities that drive Service & Hygiene sales growth.Support sales campaigns, customer events, exhibitions, and trade fairs in collaboration with marketing teams and dealer partnersYour Profile / Qualifications
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills. Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills. Proactive, structured, and hands-on approach.Degree in Engineering, Agriculture, Business, or a related field (preferred).Experience in dairy technologies, agricultural machinery, or similar industries will be an advantage.Strong understanding of dairy technologies, service operations, and hygiene product portfolios. Experience in service sales, technical sales, or service management. Ability to manage complex customer needs and provide both technical and commercial guidance. Strategic, analytical, and organizational capabilities.High willingness to travel (office work – 20%; business trips – 80%) Driver license category B. accident-free driving.Knowledge of English (B1, B2) - Freely expresses their opinion. Freely writes letters and requests using technical vocabularyPC/software skills - MS Office; Advanced PC user, MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access).
