ELEKS Compensation & Benefits Office is looking for a Human Resources Data Analyst in Ukraine (Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, Kyiv).

ABOUT PROJECT

ELEKS is undergoing one of its most important HR transformations — the company‑wide implementation of Workday. We are looking for a Human Resources Data Analyst who enjoys solving data puzzles, thrives in dynamic environments, and is passionate about turning complex HR data into clear, actionable insights for business and HR leaders.
If you are confident working with Power BI, comfortable using AI tools, and have a strong analytical mindset with a “let’s figure this out” attitude — we’d be happy to connect.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience

Proven experience in HR analytics, People Analytics, or Data Analytics Hands‑on experience with HR dashboards, reports, and ad‑hoc analysis Experience working with HRIS systems; Workday experience is a strong advantage

Technical Skills

Advanced Excel skills Strong proficiency in Power BI (or similar BI tools) Ability to work with data from multiple systems and sourcesUnderstanding of HR metrics, benchmarks, and data models Practical experience using AI tools for data analysis and insights generation

Analytical & Communication Skills

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to quickly understand complex HR data contexts Ability to cleanse, structure, and validate large and diverse data sets Strong storytelling skills — ability to explain the story behind the data Excellent communication and presentation skills, including working with senior stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, transformation environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

Quickly learn how ELEKS people data works today (existing ERP + Power BI) Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and readiness for Workday usage Compare Workday native reports with existing dashboards and identify gaps Build interim reports to ensure leadership visibility during the transition Use AI tools to speed up analysis, identify trends, and draft insights Help HR and business leaders understand what the data is telling them — in clear, simple language
