As Territory Supervisor you will be responsible for:

• Develop and implement territory development plans aligned with business strategy.
• Lead, motivate and develop the team and individual capabilities in order to increase business understanding and leadership competencies.Execute trade marketing and key account programs effectively.
• Monitor and optimize resource allocation and POS branding activities.
• Ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines and the company’s Marketing Code.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to HQ and line management.
• Analyze market trends and consumer feedback to support strategic decisions.

We are looking for a driven and action-oriented Territory Supervisor who has:

• People management skills.
• 3+ years of experience in FMCG, including 2+ years in field sales.
• Strong analytical skills, customer focus, communication, planning, organizational skills.
• Good understanding of consumers` behaviors.
• Knowledge of local touchpoints in its territory.
• Good English knowledge preferable.
