About You

As a Finance Business Analyst supporting the Central Europe Personal Care business (Baltics, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary – approx. $40M Net Sales), you will partner with Commercial Leads across the cluster to support strategy execution and business results. This role offers broad exposure to commercial finance, performance analysis and planning, working closely with the Western & Central Europe Finance Lead and multiple cross‑functional teams. This role is well suited for someone looking to grow in commercial finance and business partnering, with international exposure and strong cross‑functional collaboration.
Main responsibilities will include:
Support the financial forecast and commercial analysis for the region
Contribute to tracking and understanding sales, margins and profitability
Help improve forecast accuracy and performance monitoring
Build a solid understanding of market dynamics, channels and business trends
Deliver clear and actionable analyses to support decision‑making
Support scenario planning related to sourcing, route‑to‑market and portfolio changes
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and improved ROI
Support analysis and allocation of SG&A expenses across Western & Central Europe
Work closely with teams such as Revenue Management, Marketing, Demand Planning, Category Management and FP&A
Contribute to mid‑ to long‑term planning to support growth across Central Europe
Reporting to the Business Finance Lead Western and Central Europe (WCE), Enterprise Markets, you will operate as an individual contributor (no team management responsibilities).
Location: we can set a hybrid model (on remote / Kyiv Office) for candidates already based in Ukraine. And we can offer totally remote model for the period of martial law.
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in Finance, FP&A, Business Analysis or Finance Business Partner roles
Background in Commercial Finance with solid accounting fundamentals
Experience in FMCG and familiarity with the European retail environment
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to collaborate effectively and influence stakeholders across functions
Fluent English, both written and spoken
