Your future role Participation in consulting projects related to talent development and HR functions, change management, and organizational development;Researching industry trends, processing large volumes of data and documents, and conducting comparative analysis;Analyzing information, structuring it, and presenting it in a visual and clear format;Preparing supporting materials for communication with clients and other stakeholders (drafting emails, tables, and searching for relevant information);Assisting in the preparation of commercial proposals for potential clients (researching information, supporting solution development, and creating visual materials).
