Desired Candidate Profile
The following specific skills/knowledge/experience are desired:
• Knowledge of Results Based-Management
• Experience in project management and budgeting, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good knowledge of UNHCR financial rules, procedures and processes
• Completion of the UNHCR learning programmes and knowledge of UNHCR specific programmes (ERP, Compass, PROMS/Aconex, etc.)
• Experience in programme management training and capacity building activities.
• IT proficiency including MS Office and advanced Excell skills (pivot tables, data management, etc)
• Organization, planning and coordination skills with strong time management and detail orientation
• Excellent communication (written, verbal, and interpersonally) skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team environments, fostering collaboration, open communication, and mutual support to achieve shared goals.
The selection process may include a written test and candidates may be required to undergo a written assessment.
