Pricing Actuary (Non-Life) - Kniazha Vienna Insurance Group (VIG)Location: Kyiv (Hlybochytska St., 44) / hybrid Employment: Full-time Role purposeOwn and develop technical and market pricing for Non-Life portfolios, ensuring rate adequacy, profitable growth and robust pricing governance, leveraging VIG methodologies and best market practices.Your tasks (core responsibilities)Build and maintain pricing models for new and existing products (e.g., MTPL, CASCO, Household, PA&Health, Travel): frequency/severity, trend & inflation, risk factors, segmentation, technical premium etc.Run portfolio monitoring: combined ratio drivers, mix shifts, rate adequacy, discount and commission impact, renewal performance; propose corrective actions.Support pricing governance: tariff changes, documentation, peer review, audit trail, product approval pack and implementation control.Provide pricing analytics to Underwriting and Product teams; ensure alignment between technical and sold premium.Improve data quality and automate reporting (pricing dashboards, KPIs, plan/actual variance, management insights).Drive technical excellence in Retail Pricing and contribute to Vienna Insurance Group wide best practices. Your profile (requirements)Higher education in Actuarial Science / Mathematics / Statistics / Economics / Data Science.1+ years in Non-Life actuarial/pricing.Strong Excel; confident in statistical/data tools (e.g., Python / SQL).
