You will be responsible for facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, removing impediments, and shielding the team from external distractions to ensure successful delivery.Requirements & QualificationsExperience: at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team.Knowledge: Deep understanding of Agile methodology and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.).Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or similar certification is strongly preferred.Tools: Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trello).Communication: Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.“Nice to Have”Technical background or basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).Experience working with distributed/remote teams.Job responsibilitiesFacilitation & Process ManagementCoaching & Team GrowthProduct Owner SupportRegular communication with the client and 3rd party managersReporting: Prepare misc detailed reports, dashboards.Routinely collaborate with teams on issuesWhat we offerCulture of caring.
