Rubicon Project is a publicly traded company (NYSE: RUBI) headquartered in Los Angeles, California, USA.Requirements– Experience designing and building large-scale, distributed, multi-threaded, high-concurrency enterprise server systems– Strong English language verbal and written communication skills– 2+ years of production coding experience in server-side Java (Core, Collections, Multithreading/Concurrency, Streams)– Expertise in Service-oriented architectures, microservices, advanced database schemas, relational and non-relational databases, highly scalable and available web services– Experience with reactive paradigm (Vert.x) is a huge plus– Experience with RDBMS (MySQL), and NoSQL (Redis, Aerospike)– Familiarity with HTTP(S) protocol, networking, CDN, Web performance factors– Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and an ability to recognize the business and technical trade-offs between different solutions– Experience with CI tools: Maven, Git, Jenkins, Terraform– Expertise in building software in an agile development environment– Shifted working hours.
