Position in Customer Service Manager Market Intelligence
Act as strategic partner to our clientsBeing an expert in your market sectorBeing an innovation agent. Drive change for faster reaction to changing market requirement.As a Consultant CSM you will have following key accountabilities
External:
Become a market expert in one or more categories / industry segmentsDeliver insightful presentations and actionable recommendations to our clientsDrive adoption ( activation, reactivation and engagement) of NIQ platform within client organization by demonstrating clear ROI to clientDrive gfk platform usage in the client organizationEducates customers about the most relevant features/functionalities for their specific business needsEnsures effective and efficient client training and onboarding of new customers.Finds and builds, new user base for NIQ offeringsIdentify leads for cross sell and upsell opportunities with the clientInternal:
Ensures to be updated on relevant knowledge and has deep understanding of platform offerings;Collect and provide feedback to product teams on functionality, features etc. of platform as well as to ops and other teams on non-platform issues to drive better client experienceCollaborate with account management at the pre-sales and renewal stagesCollaborate with other business unit teams to identify opportunities for strategic assignmentsCoordinate internal client services nationallyIn other words: You will make the difference by being the face of our company and its digital solutions!
Here is what we are looking for additionally:
Ukraine speaker with very good English language skillsSuitable for fresh graduates with some at least part-time working experienceInterest for durable consumer goods product categories and marketsStrong presentation and communication skills, client-centric approachProactive and consistent engagement with multi-disciplined teamsCo-ordination and decision making of how to achieve client outcomes and organization goalsDriving delivery of results for clients & NIQ across diverse cultures, mind sets, disciplines, and influencesPassion, dedication, and commitmentCreativity and the ability to address real-world business problems analyticallyEagerness to learn, open mindset, team spirit, and an entrepreneurial attitudeWe offer an exciting work environment that brings people together.
