In this role, you will: Actively searching for qualified candidates according to business requirements using all possible channels Keeping track of the progress of the recruitment pipeline Conducting online pre-screens and interviews by competence Coordinating with hiring managers Ability to build relationships with candidates, and keep in touch with potential candidates Being able to represent our company and negotiate the terms of cooperation Execute various market analysis reviews Keep track of ATS filling quality Skills and experience you will need: 4+ years of proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist (or in a similar role), ideally in a fast-paced environment.Full-cycle recruitment experience — from proactive sourcing to closing.
Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); able to keep pipelines organized and processes transparent. Expert in ATS optimization, data extraction, and workflow automation.
Skilled in offer negotiations Data-driven approach — tracks and improves key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness).
Handles complex recruitment challenges, such as diversity hiring or scaling teams quickly.
Will be a plus: Experience in international recruitment, particularly within the LATAM region Familiarity with basic compliance and hiring regulations (e.g., GDPR, labor law specifics in target markets).
