Міжнародна компанія "ОТІС", що займається продажем, виготовленням, монтажем, обслуговуванням ліфтового обладнання, ескалаторів та траволаторів, оголошує відкриття конкурсу на посадуФінансовий аналітик.

Основні обов'язки:

• участь у формуванні управлінської звітності (P&L/CF/баланс), нарахування резервів та здійснення коригувань згідно вимог US GAAP, завантаження в систему HFM; 

• підготовка звітів по дебіторській заборгованості, нарахування резервів простроченої ДЗ згідно з корпоративними політиками;

• розрахунок та внесення в 1С коефіцієнтів розподілу загальновиробничих витрат;

• координація з компаніями групи, підготовка актів по роялті;

• підготовка документів для щомісячної/щоквартальної звірки по балансових рахунках в US фоматі з первинними документами (ARMS);

• участь у підготовці щомісячних прогнозів та бюджетів;

• завдання щодо вдосконалення та дотримання внутрішніх контролів компанії;

• участь у проектах автоматизації та налагодження процесів та обліку підприємства;

• підготовка аналітичної інформації на запит.

Вимоги:

• досвід роботи на аналогічній позиції від 2 років;

• вищу економічну освіту (фінанси, бухгалтерський облік, економіка);

• знання управлінського обліку, формування звітності P&L/CF/Баланс;

• досвідчений користувач ПК та MS Office (Word, Excel – зведені таблиці, формули, 1С, QlikView буде перевагою);

• рівень англійської pre-intermediate та вище;

• аналітичний склад розуму, відповідальність, уважність при роботі з цифрами та звітами.
