Our client, a creator of large-scale B2B platforms, is now looking for a Financial Analyst who thinks in numbers, spots trends, and speaks the language of data.

Location: Ukraine, Europe
Type: Remote, full-time
Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze key company metrics across departments.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure they align with approved budgets and agreements.
  • Reconcile platform reports with Tableau data.
  • Perform ad-hoc analytics at management's request.

Requirements:

  • Education: A degree in Economics, Finance, or Data Analytics.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience as an analyst, preferably in the marketing industry.
  • Data Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency and hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to dive deep into data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to present financial information clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally.
  • Team Player: Experience collaborating effectively across departments to achieve shared goals.
  • Organization & Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and structure.
