In 2025, five Ukraine-born companies joined the Endeavor network: Headway Inc, Fintech Farm, Ajax Systems, Solidgate, and Jooble. Your work in this role will directly impact the search and selection of the next generation of Ukrainian entrepreneurs who will join this community.
The numbers tell the story: in 2024, just 1.6% of applicants – 89 companies and 162 Endeavor Entrepreneurs – were selected from thousands of candidates worldwide. Today, Endeavor supports 3,000+ founders across 50+ markets globally.
Endeavor expanded into Ukraine in October 2024 with a clear mission: to accelerate Ukraine's startup ecosystem bounce back faster and stronger after the war. We provide Ukrainian high-growth tech companies with access to Endeavor's global network and capital, targeting scale-ups with global ambitions.

We're looking for an Associate to join our Entrepreneur Experience (EX) team. This role combines strategic thinking, market and financial analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with Endeavor offices worldwide. What you'll do
Pipeline & Research
- Scout and engage high-potential entrepreneurs building companies in and outside of Ukraine through ecosystem and VC landscape research
- Research and analyze leadership teams, business models, financials, competitive benchmarking, and market potential of candidate companies
- Prepare investment-style company profiles, briefs, and selection materials
Selection Support
- Support and track candidates throughout the selection journey
- Identify and engage relevant mentors from Endeavor's global network
- Maintain accurate CRM records and systematize portfolio data to monitor growth, engagement, and strategic needs
- Identify opportunities for mentorship, strategic support, and exposure to Endeavor's global network
- Collaborate closely with Endeavor Global and local teams worldwide
Servicing and Community Engagement
- Collaborate with entrepreneurs to identify and anticipate their challenges.
- Connect entrepreneurs with mentors, investors, and market opportunities to maximize value from the Endeavor network
- Measure entrepreneur NPS and engagement
- Attend networking events for lead generation and community building
What you bring
- 3-6 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or startup operations
- Strong analytical skills: break down complex business models, assess financials, and evaluate market potential
- Structured thinking and writing: synthesize findings into concise, well-organized documents (with and without AI tools)
- Proactivity and independence: take ownership, prioritize effectively, and work with minimal supervision
- Fast learner: quick to absorb new information, ask the right questions, and adapt in dynamic environments
- Passion for the mission: genuine commitment to entrepreneurship and a supportive, service-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication in Ukrainian and English
- Familiarity with Ukraine's tech and venture ecosystem
