Warehouse Associate
The incumbent will require to be strong and fit to support assigned warehouse's daily operation. He will closely assist Warehouse supervisor on stock arrangement, stock preparation, physical stock count and move stock from one place to another, and clean warehouse on daily basis.
As the Warehouse Associate under the area of Supply Chain, you will be doing the following:
1.) Stock Management & Preparation: You will support daily warehouse operations such as arranging and preparing stock, doing physical counts, and moving items to the right places. You will also help keep the warehouse clean and organized every day. In the evening, you will receive balance stocks from Sales Representatives and check the quantities through a physical count, making sure these match the stock reconciliation reports. You will be working closely with the Warehouse Supervisor on assigned tasks
2.) Stock Handling and Inventory Control: You will receive delivered stock from the Phnom Penh main warehouse, check quantities through a physical count, and store and stack items properly while following FIFO guidelines. You will conduct daily stock counts to ensure actual quantities match the system records, report any variances, and help resolve discrepancies. You will also help in moving stock to the right locations to keep the warehouse tidy and support smooth daily operations
3.) Stock Segregation: You will assist the Warehouse Supervisor in separating good stock from defective or non-saleable items. This includes handling market returns, identifying manufacturing faults, and preparing stocks for D&D destruction.
4.) Housekeeping: You will perform housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment. This includes following EHS standards, keeping the space suitable for storage, and preventing issues such as beetle infestation.
Who are we looking for?
High school graduates can apply, but those with a Bachelor’s degree will be given priorityAt least 2 years of work experience in a warehouse or similar fieldPrevious work experience in FMCG would be an advantage.Able to read, write, and speak Khmer wellAbility to read, write and speak English would be an advantage.Physically fit for warehouse work.Experience in warehouse management and inventory management.Experience in using management software like SAP or WMS will be an advantage.
