We are looking for a Head of Finance with the potential to grow into a CFO role for our portfolio company, Liki 24.

Liki24 is a marketplace of healthcare products and services. Their mission is making health affordable and accessible for everyone.

They aim to deliver an exceptional customer experience, providing seamless access to various goods across multiple markets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and solidifying their place as a leading health and wellness marketplace.

They are currently searching for a talented CFO, who will be responsible for strategic financial planning, overseeing the company’s financial operations, budgeting, reporting, and ensuring the company’s sustainable growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Execute and develop the company's financial strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives. 
• Identify and mitigate the main financial risks that could impact the company's stability and profitability. Maintain and develop risk management strategies and contingency plans.
• Lead and develop the finance and accounting team by setting goals, providing guidance, and fostering a high-performance culture. 
• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including liquidity management, accounting, invoicing, payroll, and expense control, while identifying and implementing cost-reduction opportunities.
• Implement measures to optimize the company’s tax position and minimize tax liabilities within applicable laws and regulations.
• Review and analyze the company’s management financial statements, and present reports to the CEO, management board, and shareholders, highlighting financial performance and key risks.
• Lead the process of an annual audit of the group by a Big-4 firm and standalone statutory audits conducted by local audit firms.
• Participate in due diligence, financial analysis, and negotiations with potential investors.
• Ensure and enhance quality control over financial transactions and reporting.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Higher education in Finance, Economics or Accounting. ACCA/CFA qualification will be a plus. 
• 7+ years of relevant work experience in Big-4 firms combined with experience working for international or big local companies. 
• Strong business acumen and understanding of consequences of business actions.
• Proven working experience with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, combined with technical knowledge and functional best practices.
• Experience in working with banks and financial institutions, including cash flow planning, and managing banking relationships.
• Solid understanding of tax regulations, compliance, and optimization strategies across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and the drive to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt quickly, align actions with company values, and push for high performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams and individuals.
• Business fluent knowledge of Ukrainian and English.
