As Site General Manager, you will have full P&L responsibility and oversee a team of approximately 160 employees. You will play a dual role: driving operational performance while developing the site’s customer portfolio internationally.
Your main missions will be to:
Lead and inspire the site’s management team across production, quality, supply chain, HR, finance, and IT;
Drive business development, securing new partnerships and growing existing client relationships;
Ensure operational excellence across manufacturing, safety, and product quality;
Recruit, retain, and develop talent, reinforcing local capabilities and managerial depth;
Steer transformation initiatives to modernize processes and improve competitiveness;
Represent the site with customers, corporate teams, and external partners, acting as a trusted ambassador;
Drive financial performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in cost, efficiency, and service;
Build a culture of collaboration, accountability, and resilience, aligned with group values.
In short, you will be the captain of the ship: leading both people and business growth in a challenging yet rewarding environment.
Location: Ukraine (Southwest region – considered the safest area in the country)

You are an experienced, people-driven industrial leader, ready to take on a mission combining hands-on leadership and business development.
Background & experience:
Engineering or equivalent degree with a strong industrial and operational foundation;
Minimum 4–5 years as Plant Manager or in an equivalent senior site leadership role;
Experience managing teams of 100+ employees;
Solid exposure to international clients and multicultural environments;
Industry experience in care products or large-scale manufacturing.

Full P&L ownership experience;
Resilience and ability to lead under pressure;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
