The Role:

What You’ll Do

• Develop data models to forecast performance outcomes and ROI
• Automate analysis of key metrics, trends, and content performance
• Identify patterns, correlations and opportunities within large, messy datasets
• Build and maintain dashboards that enable real-time insights and data driven decision making
• Run statistical tests to validate hypotheses and measure experimental outcomes
• Deliver clear, actionable insights from data sources that bridge data science with strategic execution

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• 2+ years of experience working with business, behavioral, or performance datasets
• Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, or similar)
• Experience with APIs, web scraping, and NLP or text-based data analysis
• Strong ability to to distill complex technical findings into clear, strategic insights

Preferred:

• Familiarity with clustering, graph-based modeling, or knowledge extraction from text data
• Experience applying Machine Learning or statistical methods to optimize business performance
