The Role:

We’re looking for a well-rounded SEO Specialist to join our growing digital team. This role combines technical expertise, on-page optimization, and off-page strategy to drive measurable improvements in organic visibility, traffic, and conversion.

Whether you specialize in one area or bring a broad set of SEO skills, we want to hear from you. You’ll work closely with developers, content writers, outreach teams, and marketing managers to execute a high-impact SEO strategy across multiple regions and verticals.

Key Responsibilities

Technical SEO

• Conduct full-site technical audits to identify and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexation, page speed, Core Web Vitals, and structured data.
• Use tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, and PageSpeed Insightsto monitor and maintain technical health.
• Collaborate with developers to implement improvements in site architecture, clean code, canonical tags, hreflang, robots.txt, sitemaps, etc.
• Understand mobile-first indexing, JavaScript rendering, schema markup, and technical barriers to SEO performance.

On-Page SEO

• Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, header tags (H1–H6), internal linking, image alt text, and URL structures.
• Implement and maintain schema markup and rich snippets for enhanced SERP appearance.
• Audit and improve existing content for search intent, readability, and keyword alignment.
• Collaborate with content, UX, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied from planning to publishing.
• Run A/B tests on meta tags and calls-to-action (CTAs) to improve organic CTR.

Off-Page & Outreach SEO

• Develop and execute scalable outreach and guest posting strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks.
• Research and identify relevant, authoritative websites for link placement and collaboration.
• Maintain outreach relationships with bloggers, publishers, and webmasters.
• Monitor backlink profiles, evaluate quality, and manage toxic link disavowals.
• Support additional off-page strategies (e.g., digital PR, unlinked mentions, brand signals) to improve domain authority.

Keyword Research & Competitor Analysis

• Use tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Keyword Planner to conduct in-depth keyword and SERP analysis.
• Identify opportunities based on competitor gaps, emerging trends, and ranking performance.
• Maintain keyword tracking reports and provide ongoing performance analysis and insights.

Ideal Profile:

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven SEO experience with demonstrated results (portfolio, case studies, or live examples preferred).
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and current SEO trends.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, SurferSEO, etc.
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (especially WordPress).
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and ideally basic JavaScript (especially for technical SEO).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across teams (content, dev, marketing, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points

• Experience with international or multilingual SEO
• Familiarity with E-E-A-T principles and Google’s content quality guidelines
• Previous work in iGaming, eCommerce, SaaS, or affiliate marketing
• Comfort with automation tools, GPT-driven workflows, or Python for SEO
