SoftServe Business Systems was founded in 2003. We aim high; our mission is to lead the digital revolution in the FMCG industry. It means delivering the best products & services possible that empower businesses to grow and improve efficiency.

Our customer is Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev), the biggest brewery company in the world. We own over 630 beer brands (including Budweiser, Stella Artois, Hoegaarden, Beck’s, Leffe, Chernigivske) in 150 countries and are considered to cover 28% of the global beer market worldwide. European HQ is in Leuven, Belgium.

BEES is an e-commerce and SaaS company founded by AB InBev. It is reshaping the traditional sales model and establishing itself among leading e-commerce players. Within our project, we are responsible for delivering the BEES platform to various countries.

REQUIREMENTS

Understanding of data concepts (databases, data types, joins, etc.)Proficiency in SQL to write simple queriesBasic knowledge of data flow visualization and process modelingExperience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOpsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in formalizing software requirements and assigning tasks to developersUpper-Intermediate English for daily communication with clients and teamsCurious mindset and willingness to learn new tools and business domainsAbility to take ownership and drive topics across multiple stakeholdersExperience working with e-commerce and global B2B platforms (nice to have)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business needsTranslate objectives into precise data product requirementsWork with data scientists and engineers to ensure data quality and relevancePresent insights in a business-friendly formatDefine and prioritize features for dashboards, reports, and modelsWrite user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage the product backlogSupport sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectivesEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standardsWork with data stewards to maintain definitions and KPIsMonitor data quality and escalate issues when necessaryAct as a bridge between business and technical teamsMaintain documentation of data products, logic, and features
