Eleks is looking for a paralegal for part-time involvement (20 hours/week) in Ukraine to support the charitable organisations established by Eleks.

The ELEKS Foundations are charitable organisations established by ELEKS, a global software development and innovations company.

The Foundations’ central focus is supporting Ukraine’s defence capabilities. And as a company with Ukrainian origin, we are unwavering in our commitment to provide humanitarian, financial and material aid, including medical care, to those impacted by the war.

REQUIRMENTS

Students (3+ years of study)/ graduates of the following fields of study – Law or International Law English – Upper-Intermediate Part-time involvement (20 hours/week), flexibility

RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparation and maintenance of Donation utilization reports (in English) Communication with partners for reporting purposes (document exchange, photo sharing, report approvals, etc.) Drafting Donation of equipment transfer and acceptance certificates (in English) Preparation of materials for public reporting on the foundation’s website Background check of charity partners and suppliers Organization and maintenance document management Drafting memoranda of cooperation and donation agreements (participation in negotiations, contract preparation) Legal analysis of relevant issues Translation of contracts and other documents (ENG–UKR) Participation in the drafting of policies and internal guidelines for charitable foundations (in English)
