Position Title: Senior Manager – Talent Management (Recruitment Focus) Location: Remote Department: Human Resources About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager – Talent Management with a strong focus on end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning .
The role will drive recruitment strategy, build scalable processes, and ensure we attract, hire, and retain top talent to support our company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Strategy Design and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with business growth plans.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding).
Partner with leadership to forecast talent needs and build proactive hiring pipelines.
Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice .
Implement data-driven recruitment practices , including dashboards, KPIs, and metrics for hiring effectiveness.
Talent Management & Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate with business heads and department managers to define role requirements and competencies.
Coach and mentor hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection .
Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goals are embedded into recruitment strategies.
Manage recruitment vendors, agencies, and talent platforms to maximize ROI.
Process Improvement & Technology Enhance recruitment processes to improve time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire .
Leverage HR technology, ATS platforms (e.g., JazzHR, Workday, Zoho, etc.), and automation tools for scalability.
Introduce innovative sourcing strategies including social media, networking, and talent communities.
Leadership & People Development Lead and develop a team of recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators.
Build capability in the team for specialized and volume hiring .
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance .
Qualifications & Skills Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
8–12 years of progressive HR/talent acquisition experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role .Proven track record of scaling recruitment in high-growth organizations.
Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, HR policies, and labor laws .
Experience with ATS systems, HRMS tools, and recruitment analytics .
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills .
Strong project management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
