About the role as Regulatory Affairs Intern
The Intern is appointed to the position of Intern of the Regulatory Affairs Department, reporting directly to the Country Regulatory Affairs Lead Ukraine.
This is a part time role, working for 6 hours per day (30h/week).
In the absence of the Employee (illness, vacation, business trip), his/her duties shall be performed by another employee under the order of the supervisor or the Company’s authorized person.
Key responsibilities
Close cooperation with Country Regulatory Affairs Lead Ukraine and other employees of the Regulatory department, reporting on the completion of tasks, providing info in time.
Check of artworks in the company’s systems for its correspondence to the labelling text and regulatory requirements.
Uploading of the submitted dossiers, correspondences and approval documents to a regulatory database.
Checking local regulatory documentation for compliance with regulatory requirements, consistency with the regulatory dossier, and grammatical correctness in accordance with tasks created by regulatory department employees in Haleon's electronic systems.
Submission of registered documents (Marketing Authorizarion, Instructions for medical use, Quality control methods, Labeling text) and artworks to the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control Processing and submission of the Regulatory department’s invoices for payment, when required.
Support of the colleagues of Regulatory Department in regulatory dossier preparation. Completion of documentation.
Performing of other task from colleagues of Regulatory Department within his/her competency and tasks of the Department.
The Intern is entitled to:
Submit proposals for improving the work of the Company, as well as workplace conditions and business processes.
Obtain information necessary to perform his/her tasks and duties from relevant persons and structural units of the Company.
The Intern is responsible for:
Non-performance and/or late and/or improper performance of his/her tasks and duties, including those arising from internal business communications within the company, ignoring requests from colleagues and business meetings without a valid reason.
Untimely, unreliable and/or distorted information provided to management.
Damage to and/or loss of property of the Company.
Violations of internal work regulations, work discipline; health and safety rules, fire safety rules; internal standard operating procedures applicable in the Company; non-execution of the direct supervisor’s orders.
Disclosure of confidential information that has become known to him/her during performance of the work-related duties.
Qualifications and skills Essential
Education:
Studying in a High school/University by Life science/ Pharmaceutically-related science/ Medicine specialty or completion of such education no more than a year ago.
Qualifications Requirements:
English language
PC knowledge.
Result oriented, responsible, accuracy, resistance to stress.
