Hands-on with administering and developing Salesforce instances (3+ years)A certified administratorA practitioner of software design, development, implementation, and support of production systemsKnowledgeable of Salesforce Products: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, etc.Confident in using complementary software tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Word, MS Excel, etc.A professional understanding automation toolsCapable of multitasking, managing changing priorities and workloadAn excellent team player inside virtual and global cross-functional teamsFlexible, open-minded, and used to working in a high-uncertainty environmentA sound communicator (written and verbal) in EnglishAware of sales and Customer Service concepts (as an advantage)Experienced with Ant Migration Tool (as a perk)Accustomed to using Data Loader and other data-loading tools (as a plus)AND YOU WANT TO
Configure fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards, and other Salesforce metadataDesign and build custom functionalities (objects, etc.) on the platformMaintain users, roles, profiles, and the overall security model of Salesforce InstancesManage mass imports and exports of dataDeploy metadata and code from test environments to production environments Create flows, assignment rules, and other Salesforce automationProvide ongoing support and system administration to quickly fix system issuesCooperate with Salesforce Developers on tasks that require both point-and-click configuration and customizationTOGETHER WE WILL
