We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Engineer to join a long-term project aimed at supporting a client’s initiative in the Healthcare and Life Sciences domain. The successful candidate will work within a team of experienced senior engineers, focusing on advanced Salesforce development with a strong emphasis on 2GP managed packaging.
This is you
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer;
- Expertise in 2GP managed packages;
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce development tools and environments, including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Apex, and Salesforce APIs/integrations;
- Experience with Salesforce solution design principles and best development practices;
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment;
- English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Architect) are highly desirable;
- Experience in the Healthcare and Life Sciences sector, particularly in FDA-regulated environments like REMS programs.
This is your role
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and solutions, including 2GP managed packages;
- Develop and maintain custom Lightning components (LWC, Aura) and Apex classes/triggers;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver scalable Salesforce implementations;
- Lead and participate in code reviews and design discussions to ensure high-quality and efficient solutions;
- Manage Salesforce integrations with external systems to support end-to-end business processes;
- Contribute to solution architecture and guide junior team members in technical matters;
- Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and ongoing system maintenance;
- Document technical designs, processes, and configuration setups as part of development lifecycle.
