IF YOU ARE
Experienced in Quality Assurance with over 5 years, with a significant focus on mobile application testing (iOS and Android)Knowledgeable about the SDLC and its various models. Strong grasp of software testing theory, including different approaches, strategies, and types of testingSkilled in mobile application testing specifics, including installing/troubleshooting apps on various iOS and Android devices/versions, and proficiently collecting/analyzing application logs (, ADB logcat, Xcode console)Familiar with mobile application architecture and common mobile-specific issuesComfortable working in macOS/Linux. Basic OS administration (set environment variables, change access rights, stop/start services, work with task manager)Experienced with CI/CD pipelines, particularly Jenkins, Gitlab, and artifact repositories like NexusConfident in using command-line tools for mobile development and testing workflowsExperience with test management tools (, Jira, TestRail, Confluence)Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologiesStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with cross-functional teamsGreat at working independently and as a lead within a fast-paced environmentAcquainted with virtualization technologies like VMware or similar platforms for testing environmentsExperienced with automation testing frameworks for mobile applicationsAwareof secure communication protocols and technologiesCertified with ISTQB or similar (would be a plus)AND YOU WANT TO
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test strategies for new features and existing functionalitiesExecute various types of testing, mainly focusing on UI/UX, regression, performance, and integration testing across iOS and Android platformsProactively identify and test user experience improvements and new features such as advanced searching capabilities, notifications for mentions, group call details, and message read informationConduct thorough testing of both iOS and Android user interfaces to ensure consistency, responsiveness, and adherence to design specificationsDocument defects clearly and concisely, including steps to reproduce, expected results, and actual results, and track them through to resolutionCollaborate closely with product managers, designers, and development teams (iOS, Android, Backend) throughout the SDLCParticipate in design and feature reviews to provide early feedback on testability and potential quality risksContribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologiesTOGETHER WE WILL
