Strong in data protection regulations, including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA, and ISO 27701Familiar with industry certifications and frameworks like ISO 27001, ISO 9001, SOC 2, and ITILExperienced in handling regulatory standards across the US and European marketsSkilled at managing multiple tasks while consistently meeting deadlines and quality benchmarksConfident in leading meetings, documenting discussions, and capturing key decisionsAnalytical and detail-oriented, with solid problem-solving skillsProficient in process documentation and capable of creating clear, comprehensive reportsHighly organized, demonstrating excellent prioritization abilitiesFamiliar with risk assessment methodologiesAn effective communicator with strong written skills and at least an intermediate English proficiency

Advise on data protection practices, offering insights to stakeholders on risk mitigationSupport the Privacy GRC team with compliance and governance requestsManage data subject and third-party disclosure requests, ensuring timely responsesPrepare, maintain, and improve corporate policies, standards, and templates for complianceCollaborate with stakeholders to evaluate third-party suppliers on data protection standardsEnsure adherence to corporate policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practicesAssist business stakeholders in planning control strategies and organizational measuresFacilitate internal and external audits, organize meetings, and prepare documentationProvide training and support to enhance compliance and data protection awarenessConduct legal analysis on data protection requirements and consult on implementationPerform gap analyses to identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions
