As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Junior Data Analyst who not only has strong data analytics skills but also experience with Microsoft. You will be involved in the full data lifecycle—from data collection and processing to visualization and automation—and will actively engage with clients, conduct demos, and support solution implementation.

What you'll do: 

• Analyze data from various sources (DWH, Data Lake, relational and non-relational databases)
• Write and optimize various SQL queries
• Develop and maintain data models and data marts
• Create interactive reports using Power BI (Desktop and Service)
• Gather requirements from clients, conduct presentations and demos
• Support users and prepare technical and functional documentation
• Participate in pre-sales activities and tailor solutions to specific business needs
• Explore and implement new features and best practices in related Microsoft services

• Analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong user-focused mindset
• Comfortable communicating with clients and presenting solutions
• Proactive, flexible, and able to work both independently and in a team
• Curious and eager to learn new technologies and tools

What we expect:

• At least 1 year of experience in data analytics 
• Good SQL and Power BI skills
• Understanding basic concept of Cloud services such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Databricks, etc.
• English - B1 level

Skills that will bring you extra points:

• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices
• Experience integrating with APIs and external services
• Experience working in international or cross-functional teams
