Your key responsibilities:

Advising Ukrainian and foreign clients on the application and enforcement of Ukrainian competition law Drafting legal documentation, including merger and concerted actions filings, legal memos of advice, guidelines, policies, and client alerts, etc. Assisting in antitrust investigations and infringement cases initiated by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine Conducting legal research and monitoring legislative developments  Participating in business and professional networking activities

What we are looking for:

A genuine passion for antitrust law and desire to grow in this field  Prior experience in Antitrust & Competition law at a law firm or as in-house counsel(mergers, concerted practices, interaction with antitrust authorities, investigations, advisory work, etc.)  Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills A pro-active, collaborative attitude towards work and colleagues Open-mindedness, integrity, and a humane-centered approach  Bachelor's or master's degree in law from a Ukrainian university; an degree from a foreign institution is a plus, but not required Professional fluency in English and Ukrainian
