YOUR TASKS:
Assess customer claims and ensure implementation of After Sales interventions Define required competencies and manage technician capacity planning Coordinate and assign technician training (including P&C hub and technical training plans) Evaluate technician competency and ensure readiness for contract execution Plan recruitment and hiring in alignment with capacity plans Manage commercial handovers (e.g. LD provision, compensation for effort, CWE commissioning) Plan and execute drone inspections if required Support retrofit, snagging, and Tier 1 maintenance implementation Define and schedule tool allocation per capacity plan Review and assess operational proposals from HSE and operational execution perspectives Ensure PPE inspections and compliance with safety requirements Prepare PPE inspection checklists and verify team competency Define maintenance plans per WTG Conduct site leader inspections, peer audits, and technical audits Prioritize operational tasks and manage CAPEX for Service Projects (SP) Approve invoices, technician hours, and special planned activities (e.g. MCE, blade inspections) Monitor and report operational KPIsYOU PROFILE:
3+ years of experience in wind industry, field service operations, or a similar technical role. Fluent English – both written and spoken – is a must. Proven experience in leading teams and coordinating technical staff (technicians, field engineers, etc.). Hands-on experience with capacity planning, training coordination, and technician assessments. Ability to manage technical documentation, inspections, retrofits, and maintenance scheduling. Familiarity with HSE principles and operational risk management. Higher technical education (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, Renewable Energy, or related field). Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Driving license cat. B
