Процес виробництва забезпечують п’ять департаментів: SMT-монтажу, монтажу, напівфабрикату, тестувань та готового продукту. А також експериментально-технологічний відділ та відділ контролю якості. На виробництві встановлено сучасні SMT та конвеєрні лінії, автоматизовано ключові процеси і постійно нарощуються потужності.

Обовʼязки:
- Визначення джерела проблем: інжекційна машина, програма/сетап, матеріал, процес/технічне обслуговування, амортизація чи відхилення критичних параметрів.
- Підтримка та суппорт виробничої дільниці для безперервного виробництва
- Підтримка графіку превентивного обслуговування (ТПА)
- Контроль своєчасності, якості та повноти мейтененсів
- Планування ТО з урахуванням виробничого графіку
- Ведення документації та виявлення зношених/критичних вузлів
- Комунікація з керівництвом щодо необхідних замін і запасних частин
- Навчання технічного персоналу
- Впровадження стандартів налаштування та контролю процесу
- Ведення звітності, технічних зрізів, KPI команди
- Аналіз ефективності процесів
- Розробка та оновлення інструкцій, чек-листів, техкарт
- Документація нестандартних рішень і кращих практик
Вимоги:
- Вища технічна освіта інженерна або технологічна (Машинобудування/Матеріалознавство/Технологія обробки пластмас/Автоматизація/мехатроніка/Електромеханіка або механіка)
- Практичний досвід від 3 років у литті пластмас під тиском
- Мати знання в галузі виробничого обладнання та технологічних процесів
- Вміння збирати та опрацьовувати інформацію
- Критичне та креативне мислення
