Martech Systems Administrator (Salesforce Administrator)
What you can expect
We’re looking for a proactive and technically skilled Marketing Technology Administrator / Salesforce Administrator. Leading the management and optimisation of our end-to-end sales and marketing technology ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of our entire MarTech stack. Including Salesforce CRM (SFDC), marketing automation tools, and related integrations—ensuring seamless operations and data flow across platforms.
About the Team
Our RevOps team drives revenue growth through innovative marketing and sales technologies. We work collaboratively across marketing, sales, and IT teams to optimize our marketing technology stack and accelerate the sales cycle. As a remote-first team, we value both technical expertise and communication skills. Fostering an environment where problem-solving and continuous improvement are key to our success.
What we’re looking for
Have a Bachelor's in a technology or computer science related subject.
Have exceptional understanding and hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (SFDC). Including administration, configuration, and integration within the marketing technology stack to support lead management, campaign tracking, and end-to-end Go to market processes. Salesforce Admin accreditation advantageous.
Have expertise with marketing automation tools (, Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, Outreach or similar).
Have knowledge of prospecting/ marketing tools like LeanData, RingLead, Demandbase, Conversica, ZoomInfo, and similar.
Have knowledge of API integration techniques (SOAP/REST/JSON/XML) and hands-on integration work.
Have experience working with ETL tools like Mulesoft, Boomi, or Talend.
Have understanding of data mapping, transformation, and basic SQL or database queries.
Have excellent communication, documentation, and cross-team collaboration skills.
Be proactive and resourceful while demonstrating the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team member.
