General overview:
The Sales Executive:
Key Responsibilities:
- execution of SAP strategy and priorities to help mid-market customers becoming intelligent enterprises;
- developing sales framework, including demand generation and marketing activities for respective territory, with special attention to Cloud and AI;
- active supporting SAP certified partner ecosystem in enablement for mid-market, incl awareness for international donor programmes for digitization initiatives;
- driving sales process:
- effective alignment and collaboration with internal local and regional Customer Success teams for respective customer segment;
- responsibility for creation, monitoring and review of sales pipeline, with consideration of solution & industry specialization areas, to meet the KPIs;
- ensuring high conversion rate from pipeline to deal closure, via robust deal qualification; shortening the sales process and improvement of win rate to achieve the real volume business;
- being an expert on the competitive landscape;
- effectively use SAP and local market resources (battle cards, marketing collaterals, references, data analytics, etc);
- coordination with Account Executive, Public Sector& Defense, regarding available donor financing programs for mid-market digitization;
- active participation in in-country conducted external forums, representing SAP and positioning its products. Performing as Social media SAP ambassador in the market, including business social media;
- participation in SAP Ukraine activities, processes, projects;
- ongoing active learning within SAP, as well as within local environment (eg local economy development), incl via open and active communication within SAP
Requirements & Skills:
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience in corporate segment, preferably in Enterprise technology. Successful sales track record and excellent market reputation is must;
- understanding indirect B2B sales dynamics;
- knowledge of Ukrainian Enterprise technology market is a plus;
- local corporate market network;
- strong integrity, personally and professionally;
- high level of energy, autonomy, proactivity, creativity and innovative ideas, discipline, accuracy and responsibility;
- great communicator and team player;
- active business social media player, public speaker is a plus;
- English - advanced+; Ukrainian - fluent.
