COMPANY INTRODUCTION:Our client is a global platform that simplifies all buying and selling needs related to travel for its partners worldwide. Offering a comprehensive range of products including flights, hotels, trains, vacation packages, car rentals, transfers, sightseeing tours, cruises, and freight, the company is a key player in the travel sector. RECRUITMENT CONTEXT:As part of its strategic expansion, our client is looking for an Inside Sales Manager (Remote) dedicated to the Ukrainian market. You will be responsible for managing and developing longtail travel partners in Ukraine, from anywhere in the region or abroad, thanks to a fully remote work setup. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Inside Sales Manager to: Manage a portfolio of longtail accounts in the Ukrainian market through regular engagement (calls, emails, online meetings). Serve as the main contact for partner inquiries and ensure prompt issue resolution. Build and nurture strong commercial relationships to drive loyalty and account growth. Promote and support adoption of digital tools and platforms among travel agents. Oversee seamless onboarding, including training, follow-up, and ongoing education. Conduct online training sessions, webinars, and one-on-one demos tailored to partner needs. Understand reasons for churn or inactivity and re-engage lost accounts with corrective actions. Actively close sales by addressing objections and demonstrating product value. Provide top-tier customer service and post-sales support. Meet or exceed defined KPIs and sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Share partner insights and feedback with internal teams to influence product/service improvements. Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align campaigns with sales outreach. Identify creative ways to engage longtail partners and stimulate bookings. PROFILE SOUGHT: Experience: 1–3 years in inside sales, ideally in the travel industry. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Language: Ukrainian, good command of English; and Russian is a strong plus. Technical skills: – Comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) – Proficient in Microsoft Office – Able to analyze and act on sales and booking data Personal qualities: – Excellent written and verbal communication – Strong organizational and multitasking skills – Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail – Motivated, target-driven, and adaptable SALARY AND BENEFITS: To be discussed during the recruitment process.
