We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development, recognition for your individual contributions, and a variety of benefit options for you to choose from.General OverviewThe Sales Executive:focuses on sales engagements (largely partner-driven and at times direct) with corporate customers in Ukraine’s mid-market segment, across majority of industries;develops sales framework within country’s mid-market segment;builds high-trust and thought-leadership relationships, tackling pain points and positioning holistic value of SAP products for their customers at all organisational levels;acts as SAP brand ambassador in Ukrainian market.Key Responsibilities execution of SAP strategy and priorities to help mid-market customers becoming intelligent enterprises; developing sales framework, including demand generation and marketing activities for respective territory, with special attention to Cloud and AI; active supporting SAP certified partner ecosystem in enablement for mid-market, incl awareness for international donor programmes for digitization initiatives; driving sales process: effective alignment and collaboration with internal local and regional Customer Success teams for respective customer segment; responsibility for creation, monitoring and review of sales pipeline, with consideration of solution & industry specialization areas, to meet the KPIs; ensuring high conversion rate from pipeline to deal closure, via robust deal qualification; shortening the sales process and improvement of win rate to achieve the real volume business; being an expert on the competitive landscape; effectively use SAP and local market resources (battle cards, marketing collaterals, references, data analytics, etc); coordination with Account Executive, Public Sector& Defense, regarding available donor financing programs for mid-market digitization; active participation in in-country conducted external forums, representing SAP and positioning its products. Performing as Social media SAP ambassador in the market, including business social media; participation in SAP Ukraine activities, processes, projects; ongoing active learning within SAP, as well as within local environment (eg local economy development), incl via open and active communication within SAPRequirements & Skills 10+ years of B2B sales experience in corporate segment, preferably in Enterprise technology.
