Supply and Inventory Associate
The purpose of the role is to support the Supply & Inventory Manager with supply within the market, dedicated to accurate reporting of stock movements and shelf life of products. The role works closely with Sales & Marketing to support their targeted initiatives, as well as with our warehouse provider to ensure they deliver on time and mirror the Company transactions.
Position:
As the Supply and Inventory Associate, you will:
Liaise with Business Advisors (BA) to understand their weekly requirementProcess orders and communicate delivery dates with warehouse & BAProvide weekly stock reports to BAs, adjust SAP storage location accordingly based on their physical countReview order issues with Telesales, adjust stocks if necessary to ensure orders are completeGenerate shelf-life end date reports in SAP and compare versus forecastLiaise with warehouse to have stock sent for testingGenerate necessary document (invoice, customs, etc)Validate entries by Telesales Vs communication from warehouse for good stock returnsUnblock stock in SAP for resaleReview stocks on bonded productsCommunicate movement to the warehouse and Tax ManagerReview weekly stock book for product IDs due to transitionAdjust substitution table to ensure smooth transition between product IDsReview weekly sales report by warehouse versus sales in SAPInvestigation any discrepancies in values with warehouse or TelesaleRequirements:
