Customer Service and Logistic Specialist
Position: Take charge of all import/export and delivery operations for materials, equipment, spare parts, and samples. This dynamic role involves organizing transportation, preparing and managing documentation, navigating customs procedures, ensuring compliance with state authorities, and overseeing the oneERP system.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently organize transportation and collaborate with customers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and optimize load efficiency. Prepare, verify, and manage all delivery and customs documentation through the oneERP system. Liaise with customs and other authorities to support the clearance process until goods are ready for delivery. Monitor deliveries, coordinate with planning, purchasing, and suppliers to ensure smooth transit, and keep all stakeholders informed of delivery status. Manage customs payments in collaboration with the Finance department. Maintain accurate records and system configurations in oneERP, conduct necessary tests for order-to-cash processes, and support factory approval for materials and SKUs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Economics or a related technical field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical role within a production or freight environment.Good knowledge of English.Good computer skills, including MS Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
